PURCHASE OF CITY-OWNED VACANT LOTS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the City ofChicago (the "City"), through its Department of Planning and Development (the "Department"), for the sale of City-owned vacant lots for residential side yards, community open spaces, urban agriculture, affordable housing, market-rate housing, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial development, Missing Middle, and RFQ/RFPs. The sale ofproperty is intendedtoencourage thepurchaseand redevelopment of City-owned vacant land in linewith community development priorities. The properties available for saleare identified on the ChiBlockBuilder.com website and are searchable through the online interactive map. Each property available for sale includes apurchase price, link to the online application, and application submission deadline.
