Notice is hereby given that Community High School
District 99 proposes to award a Guaranteed Energy
Savings Contract to Honeywell for energy conservation
measures related to LED lighting and controls, HVAC
controls retro-commissioning, water conservation,
building envelope improvements, roof replacements,
solar pv, and a boiler replacement to achieve guaran-
teed energy savings. The Board will meet to vote on
the award of this contract on May 18, 2026, at 6:30 pm
at the Administrative Service Center, 6301 Springside
Avenue, Downers Grove, IL. This notice is provided in
accordance with 105 ILCS 5/19b-3.
