REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Kankakee Community  College District No. 520 The Board of Trustees of the Kankakee Community  College District No. 520 is seeking proposals from  qualified providers for  construction manager services. Sealed proposals are due in the Office of Business Affairs no later than 11:00 a.m. prevailing local time on March 25, 2026. A mandatory  pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 18 at 9:00 a.m. at Kankakee Community College Room T205. The specifications may be obtained from the Office of Business Affairs, 100 College Drive, Kankakee, IL 60901. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. For additional information, please call  (815) 802-8123.
