CONSTRUCTION BID  ANNOUNCEMENT Kankakee County Courthouse - Renovation 450 East Court Street Kankakee, Illinois 60901 Sealed bids will be accepted by Kankakee County from qualified contractors for the renovation project of the Kankakee County Courthouse in Kankakee, Illinois. Bidders shall fill out the Bid Form and will be individually contracted to Kankakee County. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for all interested bidders at the Kankakee County Courthouse, 450 East Court Street, Kankakee IL 60901 on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 11:00am. Sealed bids will be received until Wednesday, May 20, 2026 by 4:30 PM at 189 East Court Street, Kankakee IL 60901 5th Floor - Administration. The Bids will be publicly opened and read Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9:00am and located at the County of Kankakee Administration Building (189 East Court Street, 4th Floor Board Meeting Room, Kankakee, Illinois, 60901). All work shall be performed utilizing the Prevailing Wage rates as established in this jurisdiction. Bid bond is  required. Kankakee County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
