BID NOTICE
The Village of Libertyville is seeking bid proposals for
the Adler Arts Center Facility Improvements. The
project includes the removal and replacement of the
existing roof system at 4 separate buildings at the
Adler Arts Center (1700 N. Milwaukee Ave.), along
with select window, siding, deck, and drywall repairs,
painting, and including all associated labor, materials,
and equipment necessary to complete the work. All
work must be performed in accordance with applica-
ble codes and professional standards, leaving the site
clean and in good order. Prevailing wages apply.
Sealed bids are due by and will be publicly opened on
May 29, 2026, at 10:00A.M. at: Village of Libertyville,
Village Hall, 118 W. Cook Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois
60048. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will also be held
on May 19, 2026 at 10:00A.M. at the Adler Arts Center
and is required for all interested bidders. The
