C.BIDDING DOCUMENTS: 1.Bidding Documents will be available on and after Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and may be examined at the office of the Architect subsequent to that time. A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 3:30 P.M., Wednesday, April 8, 2026, prevailing time, at Lostant Community Unit School District No. 425. The Owner and Architect will be represented and will discuss and provide information relevant to Project conditions and the Bidding Contract Documents. Prime Bidders, prospective Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers are invited to attend. E.STIPULATIONS: 1.Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount proposed, must accompany bids. 2.Selected Bidder will be required to provide satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds covering the full performance of the Contract. 3.Selected Bidder must assure that all persons employed by Bidder, and all applicants for such employment, will not be discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. 4.All laborers, mechanics and other workmen employed on this project shall be paid no less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. 5.
