Village of Mansfield, Illinois project for subcontractingopportunities in the following areas: Remove & Replace Existing Sidewalk ? 4" PCC, and Remove & Replace Concrete Curb & Gutter, B6. 12.  All qualified disadvantage businesses should contact in writing (certified letter, return receipt requested) to Brian Murphy to discuss the subcontracting opportunities.
