E.L. Pruitt Company, 3090 Colt Road, Springfield, IL (217-789-0966) is seeking Illinois MBE or WBE certified businesses for the Springfield New WaterService Line Pothole FY2027 project for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Site Utility subcontractors and suppliers. All MBE and WBE businesses should contact, IN WRITING (Certified Letter, return receipt requested), Aaron Green, Preconstruction Manager, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities.
