TICS INC., GOCHY GOCHYYEV and GLOBAL MAX
SERVICES LLC

You are hereby notiﬁed that Plaintiff Kurtis Olerich
ﬁled a complaint against the Defendants Ray Star
LLC, Starline Logistics Inc., Gochy Gochyyev and
Global Max Services LLC, in the District Court of
Dawson County, Nebraska, on or about January 29,
2026. The object and prayer of said Complaint is to
recover money damages for personal injuries incurred
as a result of an accident that took place on or about
July 31, 2025, on Interstate 80, in Dawson County,
Nebraska.
Plaintiff has been unable to serve Ray Star LLC with
summons and a copy of the complaint. You are further
notiﬁed that on or about May 13, 2026, District Court
