LEGAL NOTICE-Published 05/13, 05/20, 05/27-IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS PEORIA COUNTY -- JUVENILE DIVISION PUBLICATION NOTICE IN THE INTEREST OF DOOLITTLE, Latavious A MINOR CASE NO. 2023 JA 226 TO: Quintez Doolittle, Jr., RESPONDENT TO WHOM IT MAY ALL CONCERN: Take Notice That On November 12, 2025, a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by Fan Wu in the Circuit Court of Peoria County entitled, "In the interest of Latavious Doolittle, a minor", and that in Courtroom 424, on the day of JUNE 18, 2026 at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the court under that Act. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
