STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT ROCK ISLAND COUNTY, IL-JUVENILE DIVISION In the interest of C.M.R., A MINOR - NO. 2026 JA 3 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Notice is given to any and all unknown fathers it may concern, that a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by Deanna Curl in this Court and that in the courtroom of Judge Presiding in Juvenile Center, 525 18th Street, Rock Island, Illinois, on FRIDAY MARCH 13, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard, a hearing will be held upon the Petition to have the minor declared to be a Ward of Court and for other relief under that Act. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD. IF THE PETITION REQUESTS THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION, YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THE CHILD.
