notified that Gateway Commons Condominium Associ-
ation, Inc. is seeking to recover possession of the prop-
erty located at:
50 N Bokelman Street, Unit 537, Roselle, Illinois 60172.
Plaintiff tried to notify you of this lawsuit by Eviction
Summons but was not able to deliver it to you. The
Plaintiff filed an Affidavit for Service by Publica-
tion stating they are unable to obtain personal service
on you.
You are hereby required to appear on June 3, 2026, at
9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 1004 at 505 N. County Farm
Rd., Wheaton, Illinois 60187, for the TRIAL of this
