NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SERVE AS SURETY
Notice is given that the application of Arch Insurance
Company of Kansas City, Missouri, to serve as a civil
surety in Lake County, Illinois has been filed with the
Clerk of the Circuit Court on 4/24/2026. Any objections
to this application may be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street,
Waukegan, IL 60085 on or before 6/15/2026.
The Petitioner may file his Answer to the objections
on or before 6/20/2026.
A hearing on all applications will be held on 6/25/2026
at 1:30 p.m., in C201, at 18 N. County St., Waukegan,
IL 60085 at which time you may be present. Copies of
any objections filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court
must be mailed or delivered to the applicant not less
than 10 days before the hearing.
Parties wishing to attend the court’s hearing on
approval of sureties shall not appear in person
