Case No.: 2024JA000095 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION NICOLE EVERTSEN, MARCUS GROSS, and any unknown Parties and to Al Whom It May Concern: Take notice that on September 23, 2024, an abuse and neglect petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by ASSISTANT STATE'S ATTORNEY, in the circuit court of McHenry county entitled 'In the interest of LEGACY E.G., a minor', and that on December 6, 2024, at the McHenry County Government Center, Woodstock, Illinois, in room 101 in the courtroom of Judge Mary H. Nader, an adjudicatory hearing was conducted and found the minor NEGLECTED. On April 7, 2026, a Motion for Termination of Parental Rights was filed with the Court of the 22nd Circuit of McHenry County and is now pending. This cause shall be heard on June 8, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, AND TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, A GUARDIAN WAS APPOINTED WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
