Letters of office were issued to Larry Leroy Gilmer, 400 West Butterfield, Apt. 505, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126, Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Timothy P. McHugh, LTD, 360 West Butterfield, Suite 300, Elmhurst, Illi- nois 60126. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
