NELSON WAYNE FORBES, Deceased.
Case No. 25-PR-0000289
CLAIM NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN of the death of NELSON WAYNE FORBES. Letters of Office as Co-Executors were issued to: (1) his son, Jeffery Wayne Forbes, whose address is 116 La Salle Drive, East Peoria, IL 61611; and (2) his daughter, Michelle Dawn Trail, whose address 1306 Capitare, New Braunfels, TX 78132. Their attorney of record is Jonathan J. Heiple, HEIPLE LAW OFFICES, 2310 West Altorfer Drive, Peoria, IL 61615. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Peoria County Circuit Clerk's office, 324 Main Street, Room G-22, Peoria, IL 61602 or with the representative or both on or before August 6, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before the date will be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representatives and to their attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
