LEGAL NOTICE -Published 02/18, 02/25, 03/04- IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT TAZEWELL COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: COLEEN M. MCALPIN, DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026-PR-000018 NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE Notice is given to the creditors of the death of the above-named decedent. Letters of Office were issued to PEGGY COCHRAN, Administrator, whose attorney of record is Dick L. Williams of WILLIAMS & WILLIAMS, P.C., located at 139 E. Washington Street, East Peoria, IL 61611. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act III. (Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch 775, par. 5/28-4), any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims may be filed with the clerk on or before August 18, 2026, which is six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of a written notice to you, if any, as a creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
