CASE NO. 25 PR 140 NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE Notice is given of the death of Lynne Ochs, on April 11, 2024, at Pekin, Illinois, and that Letters Testamentary were issued on August 1, 2025, to Debbie A. Harper, Administrator, 235 East Washington Street, East Peoria, Illinois 61611. Claims may be filed on or before the 26th day of September, 2026, or six months from the date of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County, Illinois, or with the representative, or both. E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases with limited exemptions. To e-file, you must first create an account with an e-filing service provider.
