STATE OF ILLINOIS ss. COUNTY OF SHELBY IN THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT IN SHELBYVILLE, SHELBY COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LILLIAN MAXINE STROHL, Deceased. NO. 26-PR-3 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of LILLIAN MAXINE STROHL, of the Shelbyville Manor, Shelbyville, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on January 22, 2026 to TYNA HANKINS, of 1703 E. 925 N. Road, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565, whose attorney is JOHN V. FREEMAN of 220 North Morgan Street, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Shelby County Courthouse, East Main Street, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the date of first publication. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication or claims not filed within three months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice To Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed to or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
