IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT SHELBY COUNTY, ILLINOIS Case No. 2025-PR-45 IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD ROY STEPHENS, DECEASED Notice is given of the death of RONALD ROY STEPHENS. Letters of Administration were issued on December 9, 2024 to MARLOW J. STEPHENS and ROGER RYAN STEPENS, whose attorney is Cari B. Rincker, Esq. of Rincker Law, PLLC, 229 E. Main Street, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Shelby County Courthouse, 229 E. Main Street, Shelbyville, IL 62565, or with the representative, or both, within six months from the date of issuance of Letters and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
