IN THE CIRCUIT COURT THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MADISON COUNTY, ILLI- NOIS JUVENILE DIVISION TO: VICTOR HERNANDEZ, AND ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN IN THE INTEREST OF: JAMES FLORES-MEJIA, A MINOR CASE NUMBER: 25JA296 NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Take notice that on 09/26/25, a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by Thomas A. Haine in the Circuit Court of Madison County in the above entitled case, and that on 03/05/26 AT 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, on a ADJUDICATION DISPOSI- TIONAL HEARING will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the court under that Act. The court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor, to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child. If the petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to the child.
