NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR
CLAIMS FINANCE FIRST, LLC
Notice is hereby given that Finance First, LLC
, an
Illinois limited liability company (the “Company”),
was dissolved effective April 27, 2026
, in accordance
with the Illinois Limited Liability Company Act.
Pursuant to Section 25-50 of the Illinois Limited Liabil-
ity Company Act, the Company hereby provides notice
of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims
against the Company present them in accordance with
this notice. A claim against the Company must
include:
1. The name and address of the claimant;
2. The amount claimed;
3. The basis for the claim; and
4. Any supporting documentation reasonably necessary
to evaluate the claim.
