JAMP Special Education services, serving the following Southern Illinois counties of Johnson, Alexander, Massac and Pulaski is publishing this notice to inform students
that were born in the year 2000 who have either graduated, transterred or permanently
withdrawn from student services, that their temporary records will be destroyed on or after June 19, 2026. Some of the information contained in the temporary record may be of continued assistance to the student. The temporary record may be transferred to the parent of to the student, if the student has attained the age of eighteen (18) years, graduated from secondary school, married or entered into military service. If you wish to inspect, copy, challenge or obtain a transfer of your or your child's record, please notify JAMP Special Education Services, P.O. Box 279, 751 Ullin Avenue, Ullin, IL 62992, ATTN: Beth Windings in writing before the destruction date listed above.
