DENNIS LEE PONTIOUS,

NOTICE FOR FILING OF CLAIMS
NOTICE IS GIVEN of the death of DENNIS LEE PONTIOUS, of St. Clair County, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on March 30, 2026 to JENNIFER O'DONNELL, AS ADMINISTRATOR, 207 Lamask Dr., Belleville, IL 62223, whose attorney is James P. Stiehl, 5 Executive Woods Court, Suite A, Swansea, Illinois 62226.
Claims may be filed within six (6) months from the date of issuance of Letters of Office and any claim not filed within that period is barred as to the Estate. Claims must be filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the St. Clair County Building, 10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois. Copies of the claim must be mailed or delivered to the Administrator and to her attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
