Notice is given to you, William Chanler a/d/a William Chandler that a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minor's Estate has been filed int he Circuit Court of St. Clair County, IL, 20th Judicial Circuit, regarding the estate of Jadyn Jackson, a minor, born 08-06-13, Case 26 GR 29.  The Petition was filed by Tenesha Jackson, natural mother of the minor.  YOU ARE NAMED AS A NECESSARY PARTY TO THIS PROCEEDING AS THE NATURAL FATHER OF THE MINOR.  The hearing on the Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minor's Estate is set for June 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable Thomas B. Cannady, in Courtroom 110 of the St. Clair County Circuit Court, 10 Public Square, Belleville, IL  62220.  Now, therefore, unless you, William Chanler a/k/a William Chandler, make your appearance and/or object to said Petition therein in said Court, in the City of Belleville, St. Clair County, IL on or before the date set for hearing, the Court will appoint Tanesha Jackson as Guardian of the Estate of said minor.
