PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS) ) SS COUNTY OF WILL) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN RE THE ESTATE OF: ADAM JOSEPH WALSH, Deceased. Case No. 265 PR 745 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of ADAM JOSEPH WALSH. Letters of Office as Independent Administrator were issued on April 16, 2026 to DEBORAH MCCONNELL, whose address is 1094 Patricia Dr., Bolingbrook IL 60490. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before, the 22nd day of October, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a Claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the Claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
