Williams Tripplett Date of Death: February 17, 2026 Case No. 2026 PR 222 PUBLICATION NOTICE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION TO: CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS 1. Notice is hereby given of the death of Mary J. Williams Tripplett who died on February 17, 2026, a resident of Bolingbrook, Illinois. 2. The Representative for the estate is: Samuel J. Williams, Jr. 3. The Attorney for the estate is: Mark C. Metzger, Manor Law Group, LLC 229 W. Ogden Ave., Naperville, IL 60563. 4. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before November 11, 2026 Claims against the estate may be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jeferson St., Joliet, IL, 60432 or with the Representative, or both. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed. 5. The estate will be administrated without Court supervision unless an interested party terminates independent supervision administration by filing a petition to terminate under Article XXVIII 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4).
