IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 12th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF MARIA CAROLINA GARCIA Case No. 2026 PR 000068 Notice is given of the death of MARIA CAROLINA GARCIA, whose address was 425 Monet Circle, Bolingbrook, IL. Letters of Office were issued on March 26, 2026, to ANGELICA BIANCO, 1304 Pershing Ave, Wheaton, IL, as INDEPENDENT ADMIN-ISTRATOR, whose attorney is ALAN E. LECHOWICZ. NOTICE TO HEIRS AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to SALVADOR GARCIA and Unknown Heirs, who are heirs or lgatess of the above proceeding. The estate will be admin-istered without Court Super-vision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person term-inates independent admin-istration at any time by mail-ing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Cir-cuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the repre-sentative or both on or before October 30, 2026, any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
