IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY DEPARTMENT, PROBATE DIVISION. ESTATE OF NATANAEL FERNANDO OTERO, DECEASED. NO. 26 P 1813. Notice is given of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of Office were issued to Elizabeth Otero, 4529 W. Parker Ave., Chicago, IL 60639, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is MALMAN LAW (31555), 205 W. RANDOLPH ST., STE. 1700, CHICAGO, IL 60606-1814. Notice is given to Nilsa Ivette Hernandez, Elizabeth Otero, Jonathan Caleb Otero, Samuel Otero and Cesar Alexander Otero, who are heirs of the decedent whose names or addresses were not stated in the petition for Letters of Administration, that an order was entered on 04/20/2026, granting independent administration of the estate. This means that the administrator will not have to obtain court orders of filed estate papers in court during probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless interested persons ask the court to become involved.
