NOTICE OF CLAIM
Notice is given of the death of GARY BEEBE on March 8th, 2026, in East Peoria, Illinois, 61611, and that Letters Testamentary were issued on May 5th, 2026, naming Wesley C. Martin Executor, Ocala, Florida 34481, and whose attorney is William M. Anderson IV, 625 South Main St., Creve Coeur, IL 61610.
Claims may be filed on or before the 10th day of November 2026, or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is forever barred as set forth in 755 ILCS 5/18-11 of the Probate Act of 1975.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County, Illinois, or with the representative, or both. Within ten (10) days after a claimant files its claim with the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative AND to its attorney of record AND file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
