NOTICE is hereby given of the death of DAVID E. SCHROEDER. Letters of Office as Independent Co-Executors were issued on the 21st day of April, 2026, to David A. Sanders, 1520 N. Jackson St., Danville, IL 61832 and Samuel E. Sanders, 1520 N. Jackson St., Danville, IL 61832 and whose attorney is David B. Wesner of Evans, Froehlich, Beth & Chamley, 44 Main St. Suite 310, Champaign, IL 61820.
Claims against the estate may be filed with the court in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Vermilion County Courthouse, 7 North Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, by November 18, 2026 and any claim not filed by then is barred. Copies of a claim filed with Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the aforesaid attorney of the representatives within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
