No. 2026 PR 11 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of Justin Wiggins, Letters of Office were issued on March 25, 2026, to Madison Coulter, a/k/a Madison Wiggins, 606 N. Brinton Ave., Dix-on, IL 61021, as Independent Administrator, and whose attorney of record is the Law Office of Paul Whitcombe, Chtd., 223 W. 1st Street, Dixon, IL, 61021. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's office at the Lee County Courthouse, 309 S. Galena Avenue, Dixon, IL 61021, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 30, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Sec. 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
