Notice to Creditors IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 20th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT CLAIR COUNTY, ILLINOIS PROBATE DIVISION In the matter of the Estate of Constance K. Davenport, Deceased Probate No. 26-PR-78 On the 1st day of April, 2026, Steven T. Davenport was appointed the Independent Personal Representative of the Estate of Constance K. Davenport, decedent, by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Illinois. The business address of the Personal Representative is c/o Steven M. Dawson, Harrison LLP, 105 W. Vandalia Street, Suite 475-A, Edwardsville, IL 62025, and the Personal Representative's attorney is Steven M. Dawson of Harrison LLP. All creditors of the decedent are notified to file claims in court within six (6) months from the date of first publication of this notice. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of St. Clair County, 10 Public Square, Belleville, IL 62220, or with the Independent Personal Representative, or both, on or before October 20, 2026 which date is not less than six months after the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that time period is barred.
