SACKMAN, DECEASED NO. 26-PR-0134 CLAIM NOTICE Take notice of the death of Michael W. Sackman of Godfrey, Madison County, Illinois. On April 2, 2026, the court issued Letters of Office to Administrator with the Will Annexed, Samantha J. Guzman, whose address is 8413 Amington Lane, Chesterfield, VA 23832 and whose attorney is: Walter C. Ozark, 510 E. 6th Street, Alton, IL 62002. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Madison County Courthouse, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025 or with the representative above named, or both, on or before October 10, 2026 and any claim not so filed is barred.
