NOWAK; Deceased CASE No. 26-PR-135 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of Douglas J. Nowak, of Madison County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued to Kathleen L. Sliment, on April 21, 2026, whose attorney is Michael Wagner, 525 West Main, Suite 105, Belleville, Illinois 62220. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court in the Madison County Circuit Court, 155 N. Main Street. Edwardsville, Illinois 62025, or with the representatives, or both, within 6 months from the first date of publication of this Notice, or as to a claimant known to the representatives, within three (3) months of the date of mailing or delivery of this Notice to such claimant. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
