CLAIM NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of PATRICIA C. MCDONALD, on the 19th day of November, 2025.  On April 27, 2026, Dawn Browning of Freeburg, Illinois was appointed representative of the Estate.  The representative's attorney of record is Van-Lear P. Eckert of the Law Office of Van-Lear P. Eckert, P.C., 103 West Main Street, Belleville, Illinois 62220.
    The Estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under 755 ILCS 5/28-4 any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk.
    Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court at the St. Clair County building, 10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, 62220, or with the representative, or both within six (6) months from the date of the order appointing the representative of the Estate, and any claim not filed within such time is barred.  Copies of claims filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after filing.
