CLAIM NOTICENotice is given to creditors of the death of Carol L. Ziemba on March 1, 2026. Letters of Office were issued to Christopher S. Ziemba, 1331 Trails End Rd., Greenville, Illinois 62246 as Executor on April 7, 2026.
Brock Willeford of the Brock Willeford Law Office, 112 S. Second Street, PO Box 705, Greenville, Illinois 62246, is attorney for the Executor. The Estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of Bond County Circuit Clerk, Bond County Courthouse, 200 W. College Avenue, Greenville, Illinois 62246, or with the Executor, through their attorney, or both, within six (6) months from the date of issuance of Letters of Office or within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice Claims Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. (755 ILCS 5/18-1, 5/18-3).
