PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL  CIRCUIT  WILL COUNTY,  ILLINOIS – IN PROBATE IN RE THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA JO BARTELS, DECEASED. Case No. 2026PR000119 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of Barbara Jo Bartels. Letters of Office as Independent Representative were issued on April 7, 2026, to Jeanne M. Webber, 904 West Monroe Street, Mayodan, North Carolina 27027, whose attorney is Bradley S. McCann of KGG LLC, 111 North Ottawa Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the Representative, or both, on or before October 10, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the Representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. The Estate will be administered without court supervision unless under 755 ILCS, Section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act, any interested person terminates the independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.
