LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS Estate of Donna Marie Nixon Deceased Gen No. 2026PR00000075 Notice is given of the death of Donna Marie Nixon of Lake Zurich, Illi- nois. Letters of Office were issued on April 6th, 2026 to Emily J. Nixon, 1840 Columbia Road NW, Apt. 503, Washington, DC 20009, whose attorney is Tamara Marshall - Kelleher + Holland, LLC, 102 S. Wynstone Park Dr., North Barrington, IL 60010. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before October 20, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or deliv- ered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed. E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases
