Letters of office were issued to Laura Smith, 138 Hilltop Lane, Sleepy Hollow, Illinois 60118, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Taylor J. Spooner, Ariano, Hardy, Ritt, Lytle & Goettel, PC, 2000 McDonald Road, Suite 200, South Elgin, Illinois 60177. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
