PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS – IN PROBATE  ESTATE OF  JAMES M. SULLIVAN, Deceased. Case No. 2026PR000023 INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION PUBLICATION NOTICE AND/OR CLAIMS NOTICE  Notice is hereby given of the death of James M. Sullivan, whose place of residence at the time of death was 21365 Silktree Circle, Plainfield, Illinois 60544. Letters of Office were issued on March 20, 2026 to Michael J. Sullivan, as Independent Executor, whose address is 5724 Westview Lane, Lisle, Illinois 60532, and whose attorney is Andrew R. Poyton, Mulherin, Rehfeldt & Varchetto, P.C., 4200 Commerce Court, Ste. 200, Lisle, IL 60532.  The estate will be administered without Court Supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.  Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with representative or both on or before April 7, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
