IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUITROCK ISLAND COUNTY, ILLINOISPROBATE DIVISION IN THE ESTATE OF:CHARLES LERAY CALDWELL,DECEASED. 2026 PR 3 NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is given of the death of Charles LeRay Caldwell. Letters of Testamentary were issued on January 21, 2026 to Debbie Caldwell, as Independent Executor, whose attorney is John A. Singer of Winstein, Kavensky & Cunningham, LLC, 224 18th Street, 4th Floor, P.O. Box 4298, Rock Island, IL 61201. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, 210 15th Street, Rock Island IL 61201, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 17, 2026. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under 755 ILCS 5/28-4 of the Probate Act, any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
