NOTICE
TO HEIRS WHOSE NAMES OR ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AND CLAIM NOTICE
Notice
is given of the death of Lee Mack Jones, Sr., of 105 West Cleveland
Street, Spring Valley, Illinois. Letters of Office as Independent
Administrator were issued on December 03, 2025, to Antoine Jones,
105 West Cleveland Street, Spring Valley, Illinois, whose attorneys
are George G. Leynaud and the Leynaud Law Group, LLC, 1200 38th
Street, Peru, Illinois, 61354.
Notice
is given to any heirs whose names or addresses are not stated in the
Petition for Letters of Office, that an Order was entered by the
Court, on the above date, directing that letters of office issue to
the Independent Administrator named above.
Claims
against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Bureau County
Circuit Clerk, Probate Division, 700, S. Main Street, Princeton,
Illinois, 61356, or with the representative or both, within 6 months
from the date of the first publication of this Notice. If a claim
notice is personally mailed or delivered to a creditor of the above
estate, then claim must be filed in the above entitled cause within
3 months from the date of mailing or delivery, whichever is later.
Any claims not filed within the above periods are barred.
If the
claim is e-filed with the Circuit Clerk of the Court, then E-filing
is now mandatory for filing an estate claim with the Circuit Clerk.

of the claim filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or
delivered to each representative to whom letters of office have been
issued and not revoked and to the attorney within 10 days after it
has been filed and proof of mailing or delivery filed with the
Circuit Clerk.
If you
do not file your appearance and responsive pleading by the deadline
stated above, the court may proceed in your absence and enter
judgment against you.
