IN PROBATE 2026PR000074CLAIM NOTICENotice is given of the death of GARY JOSEPH HELD of 21808 Woodland Meadows Ln., Tremont, IL 61568. Letters of Office were issued on April 16, 2026, to DAMON R. HELD of 15 Shady Ln., Auburn, IL 62615, whose attorney is Bill Nichelson.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Tazewell County Courthouse, Pekin, Illinois, 61554, or with the representative or both, within six (6) months from the date the of first publication of this notice, which is October 29, 2026, or within three (3) months from the date of the mailing of this notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
