LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS Estate of Stephen E. Cobb Deceased Gen No. 2026PR00000035 Notice is given of the death of Stephen E. Cobb, of Volo, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on April 10, 2026, to Sharon Opryszek as Independent Executor whose attorney is Lauren Harris of Hardt, Stern & Kayne, P.C., 2610 Lake Cook Road, Suite 200, Riverwoods, Illinois 60015. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before October 20, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or deliv- ered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
