Letters of office were issued to Joseph Levato, 1206 West Kelly Street, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004, as Indepen- dent Executor, whose attorney of record is Bradley Kupiec, Heart- land Law Firm, 1545 Waukegan Road, Suite 1- 3, Glenview, Illinois 60025. Notice is given to Unknown Heir of James Uglietti in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose name or address is not stated in the petition to admit the will to probate, that an order was entered by the court on April 6, 2026 admitting the will to probate.
