IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Carol McHugh, DECEASED. 25 PR 865 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Courtney McHugh Fujii, 307 West Crescent, Elmhurst, Illi- nois 60126, Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Timothy P. McHugh, LTD, 360 West Butterfield, Suite 300, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
