IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Zahida Parveen, DECEASED. 26 PR 175 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Muham- mad Khalid, 7405 Ticon- deroga Road, Downers Grove, Illinois 60516, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorney of record is David Cour- tright, Kocurek & Cour- tright Attorneys at Law, 3306 Grove Avenue, Berwyn, Illinos 60402. The estate will be adminis- tered without court super- vision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
