Mercado, DECEASED. 26 PR 228 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Thomas E. Laccabue, 24 East Nebraska Street, Frank- fort, Illinois 60423, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorney of record is, Robert J. Huguelet, Jr., Robert J. Huguelet, Jr., PC, 10749 Winterset Drive, Orland Park, Illinois 60467. The estate will be adminis- tered without court super- vision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
