Letters of office were issued to Peter Erik Frederiksen, 2711 North Albany Avenue, Apt. 2, Chicago, Illinois 60647, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorney of record is Bradley Kupiec, Heartland Law Firm, 1545 Waukegan Road, Suite 1- 3, Glenview, Illinois 60025.
